Rachel Casper joined Bredhoff & Kaiser as an Associate in 2024. She was a Greenfield Fellow with the firm from 2022–2023.
Before joining the firm as an Associate, Rachel served as a law clerk for the Honorable Karen Nelson Moore of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Rachel has published articles on both the ministerial exception and the unionization of religiously affiliated hospitals in the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Social Change and the Northeastern University Law Review.
Rachel earned her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2022. During law school, she served as an executive editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review and was a legal intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. Rachel received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Rochester.
