Rachel Casper earned her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in May 2022. During law school, she served as an executive editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review and was a legal intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. Rachel published an article on the ministerial exception in the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Social Change and has a forthcoming article on the unionization of religiously affiliated hospitals in the Northeastern University Law Review. Rachel received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Rochester.
After her fellowship with Bredhoff & Kaiser, Rachel will serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen Nelson Moore of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
