Andrew Waks

Andrew Waks joined Bredhoff & Kaiser as an Associate in 2025. His practice focuses on representing unions and their members in litigation.

Before joining the firm, Andrew clerked for the Honorable Justice Elena Kagan of the United States Supreme Court, the Honorable David S. Tatel of the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, and the Honorable Gary Feinerman of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Andrew also previously worked as a Senior Associate at WilmerHale.

Andrew received his J.D. with high honors from the University of Chicago in 2019, where he served as a Comments Editor for the University of Chicago Law Review. Andrew received his B.A. with high honors from Swarthmore College in 2013.

Andrew is a member of the District of Columbia and Illinois (currently inactive) bars.
