Swapnil Agrawal

Swap Agrawal joined Bredhoff & Kaiser as an Associate in 2024. He was a summer associate with the firm in 2023. His practice focuses on employee-benefits law and related compliance matters for pension and health plans, non-profits, and labor unions.

Swap received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2024. During law school, he served as Co-President of the Harvard Law School Student Government and Litigation Director for the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project. He also served as a union steward with HGSU-UAW Local 5118.

Swap earned his M.A. in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University in 2020 as a Schwarzman Scholar. He earned his B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Georgia in 2019, where he was awarded the Foundation Fellowship.
