Brooke Priestas

Brooke Priestas joined the firm as an associate in August 2022. She practices principally in the areas of employee-benefits law, taxation of non-profits, and related compliance matters for pension and health plans, non-profits, and labor unions.

Brooke received an advanced degree in tax law, an LL.M (Masters in Law), from Georgetown University Law Center in 2022.  She received her Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law in 2021 where she was a student attorney for the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, magna cum laude, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2018 and there received recognition as a scholar-athlete three years in a row.
