Bredhoff & Kaiser's Penny Clark Honored By Peggy Browning Fund

April 4, 2024

On April 4, Penny Clark was honored with the Peggy Browning Award for her service to the labor movement. Penny began her career at Bredhoff as an associate after clerking for Justice Lewis F. Powell, Jr.

Penny Clark

Her work at the firm spanned forty-five years, during which she argued two Supreme Court cases and more than thirty cases in the courts of appeals; tried at least nine cases in federal court; and became a leading ERISA advisor to numerous benefit funds. Penny, who was a long-time member of the firm and now serves as Senior Counsel, worked in many areas of the firm’s varied practice and, as her career progressed, focused particularly on creating and protecting secure retirements for workers. The Peggy Browning Fund is a 501(c)(3) charity that, among other activities, provides fellowship stipends to law students who are interested in working in the field of labor law. Congratulations to Penny.
