Bredhoff & Kaiser, PLLC employs a paralegal staff to assist attorneys in all of its practice areas, with an emphasis on the firm’s general litigation practice. Paralegals work closely with attorneys in all phases of litigation from case initiation to trial. Among other things, paralegals manage case-related documents and information, conduct factual research, and assist with discovery-related projects. In addition to trial court litigation, paralegals are involved in the cite-checking and preparation of briefs to support the firm’s appellate practice. The paralegal staff also supports the firm’s counseling and compliance practice by researching economic and policy issues, and by retrieving and organizing documents in the public record. The firm occasionally has openings for both experienced and entry-level paralegals. For entry-level positions, the firm seeks candidates with advanced research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
