Bredhoff & Kaiser, P.L.L.C. is a thirty-three lawyer Washington, D.C. firm, nearly sixty years old, with a national practice, specializing in complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, congressional investigations, labor law and employee tax and benefits law, and the representation of non-profit organizations on a broad range of institutional issues.  A focus of our practice is the representation of labor organizations and related institutions in the public and private sectors.  With the firm’s broad representation of labor federations, international unions and local unions, most often as litigation counsel, we have been characterized as “the voice of labor,” and members of the firm regularly appear on lists of the best labor and employment lawyers in the country.  In addition, the firm’s regular clientele comprises a diverse mix of other non-profit organizations, employee benefit funds, political figures, lawyers and law firms, and an array of individuals.
