The work also includes managing complex intellectual property issues, negotiating royalty arrangements, ensuring proper ERISA and tax compliance, and working through special issues related to the Internet. In the past several years, the firm has assisted clients in the development of credit card and loan programs, life and accident insurance offerings, an auto insurance program, and discount programs of all types.
