Kathleen M. Keller

Kathleen Keller began at the firm in 2003, was named a member in January 2009, and switched to Of Counsel in January 2010.  Kathleen represents labor organizations and individuals in state and federal appellate and trial court matters, as well as arbitration and administrative proceedings.  Her litigation practice has encompassed a range of issues, including Section 1983, the Fair Labor Standards Act, anti-discrimination statutes, RICO, and tort and contract law.  In addition to litigation and arbitration, Kathleen also advises union and non-profit clients regarding management policies, compliance with wage and hour and equal opportunity laws, collective bargaining and legal ethics.  She also provides training to union officers and employees on discrimination and harassment prevention and other areas of interest.

Kathleen graduated from Amherst College, magna cum laude, and Yale Law School.  Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sandra L. Lynch of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, was a Skadden Fellow at the National Women's Law Center, and was a Staff Attorney at Southeastern Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation.
