Jennifer L. Hunter
JHunter Jennifer Hunter joined Bredhoff & Kaiser as an associate in 2005.  Jennifer’s practice focuses on litigation on behalf of labor unions in state and federal court in a broad range of labor and employment-related matters, and on the representation of individual workers in administrative and arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer served as a law clerk to the Honorable Myron H. Thompson in the Middle District of Alabama.  She also worked as a Women’s Law and Public Policy Fellow at the National Women’s Law Center, where she did research and advocacy work on federal legislation and judicial nominations.
 
Jennifer graduated from Yale Law School in 2003.  During law school, Jennifer was active in the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization, where she represented clients in a variety of matters including evictions, applications for Social Security benefits, and a state habeas corpus proceeding challenging a parole revocation.  She also volunteered for the law school’s Temporary Restraining Order Project; was a member of the Workers’ Rights Project; and directed, wrote for, and acted in the Yale Law Revue, an annual comedy production.  In 1999 Jennifer graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Macalester College with a degree in mathematics. 

Jennifer is a member of the bars of New York and the District of Columbia.
